Individuals who are 18 years of age or older and:
Have been lawful permanent residents for at least 5 years; or
Have been a lawful permanent resident for at least 3 years if married to a US citizen.
You must also show that you can write, read, and speak English, demonstrate good moral character and have a basic knowledge of U.S. government and history, demonstrate loyalty to the United States Constitution USA and be willing to take the oath of allegiance.
